We harvest directly from our network of controlled swiftlet houses across Malaysia. Each farm operates under our environmental protocols — regulated temperature, humidity, and acoustic conditions that produce consistently high-quality nests.
Every harvested nest is manually inspected and graded by our trained team. We apply a multi-point quality assessment covering shape integrity, colour consistency, feather content, and moisture level before any nest advances to processing.
Our processing facility maintains food-grade hygiene standards throughout the cleaning process. Nests are cleaned using controlled water and manual techniques that remove impurities while preserving structural integrity — no harsh chemicals, no shortcuts.
Finished product is packaged according to buyer specifications — bulk export packaging for distributors, or retail-grade presentation for premium markets. All packaging includes full traceability documentation, moisture content certification, and origin records.
