We harvest only after swiftlet chicks have fledged — never during nesting season. Our farm partners are trained in ethical harvesting protocols, and we maintain long-term relationships that provide stable income for rural farming communities.
Every batch we supply is documented from farm to delivery. We maintain full traceability records, comply with Malaysia's agricultural regulations, and meet the import requirements of our target markets — including China's stringent food safety standards.
